I Always Use A New Piece Of Butcher Paper Inside My Shirts As Well To Make Sure My Image Doesn't Bleed Through.
- Time and temperature recommended is 365-385 degrees farinheit for 35-60 seconds using light pressure. Always check as you go to make sure you do not scorch or undercook the image.
- I also DO NOT recommend using heat tape on fabric. I use adheshive spray will not leave lines like tape and leaves no residue when used properly.

Cover your entire press with new butcher paper each time to avoid any ink transfer to your platen. I also recommend extra light pressure and using a pressing pillow inside your shirt to aviod press lines. Do not wash before sublimating. LINT ROLL before pressing. Time and temperature recommended is 365-385 degrees farinheit for 35-60 seconds. I do not recommend using an autopress because the pressure can not be adjusted as needed.
